From the viewpoint of the day after (the conference):
I want to thank the members of the conference organizing committee for an excellent event. The conference was superbly planned and executed. The speakers were excellent representatives in their fields. The result was two days of thought-provoking inquiry, highly topical information and astute representation of the Ph.D. in Comparative Studies program as a critical thinker in public discourse. Thank you all so much.
